I am very excited to begin the year as your teacher in preschool! This is my 14th year teaching at Kennedy. I am from Chicago, IL. I went to Northeastern Illinois University for my undergrad in Early Childhood and for my masters in Early Childhood Special Education. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my husband, Brian and our 3 daughters Grace, Nora and Anna. I am looking forward to sharing myself with you this year as well as guiding you to learn! We are going to have so much fun!
Lisa Bilotta (Ms.B) is beyond thrilled to be back at Kennedy for a second year. Last year she worked as a Special Education paraprofessional with kindergarten through third grade. She grew up in Franklin Park, Illinois and has lived there her whole life. She started at Dominican University majoring in Special Education and transferred to Triton college and focused on early childhood education as well as special education. She is also certified to teach yoga. Teaching had always been her dream and passion and wants to continue going to school and keep learning more to teach and grow with her students. She is excited to be in special education preschool this year and can't wait to have an amazing year. When she isn't at work she loves to do crafts, do yoga, listen to music and spend time with her two-year-old niece and boyfriend.
